Tire hissing?

I just bought a 2010 LS Camaro w/24,000 miles on it. I've noticed the rear passenger tire makes a hissing or sizzling noise after driving it (normal driving not ragging it out). The air valve is closed tight and I've checked air pressure. Anyone else have this issue and know what could cause it?

A nail would be my first guess. Mix up some soapy water and pour it all over the tire tread and bead.
