Make sure that the gasket in between the upper and lower intake is black. If it's red it will cause a vacuum leak. Also, use the bolts the provide for everything including the sensors that bolt on to the side of the intake. Also, make sure you have all the bolts the connect the upper to lower portion of the intake.
I have had many issues with mine and they had to mail me new bolts and gaskets

As already stated, use the hardware they provide. It's pretty straightforward other than that. Good Luck!

Well, mine has been causing me a lot of problems as of late. Apparently the foam underneath the stock intake manifold must come out and it also seems that my PCV line to my intake manifold is blowing oil by so, I'll have to replace/fix that. But, other than that information, that above feedback should be good. I'm going to have to take my intake off today to remove that foam piece. I keep getting vacuum leaks.

How can you tell you have vacuum leaks? I want to test mine again also to see if I have any.

Lots of data logging. Between myself and Pray looking at my logs, we've been tracking down leaks. Sometimes, I get some fantastic pulls but, it's only after I tighten down the intake manifold. I can get maybe two or three hard pulls in before it becomes loose again. So, I'm taking it all apart, removing the foam underneath it, and reassembling it using blue Loctite.

Are you data logging with regular hours tuners or tuner pro?

The gaps in my MSD were belligerent even after tightening all the bolts properly. I took it back off, a bead of RTV all the way around and put it back together. No problems since.

You put RTV In between the upper and lower part of the intake where the gasket is?
Also, how did you know yours was leaking?

Yes. I took it apart and applied a bead all the way around and retightened it.

It thru a check engine light on the way to the dyno shop, car was running lean. We thru fuel at it and the trims were still way off, put a smoker on it at the rubber intake coupler and found the leak. The photo I posted was Before I took it to dyno so I had a sense that was the problem.

Also re-torque your bolts from time to time, they may back out on you.

So wait a second
Your telling me that a $1100 intake manifold is made so poorly that it needs a tube of rtv to make is work properly?
I would hope porters like Pray would make it all nicely sealed up and blue locktiight on all hardware

You are forgetting MSD sends them out with missing bolts and incorrect gaskets too
