It's largely that section where you see in the picture, I believe. When I took my manifold apart to toss RTV all around it, the gasket going to my throttle body was all kinds of messed up. It was not seated correctly nor was that back corner really tightened down. I have since RTV'd the whole thing and used blue Loctite everywhere I could. The only issue I can see, is the brake booster line that goes in the back of the manifold. There's no way it's getting a proper seal and honestly, I don't know how to address that.

We have installed several of these intake manifolds. We haven't done one yet that had a vacuum leak. When you get all the bolts installed and then the manifold bolted down the gaps always close up for us. I do see them leaking oil out of the pcv connection (which I can't stand) But lucky for us, no vacuum leaks to speak of.

This is off topic and random but have you tracked your car yet? I was reading your list of mods and was curious, I'm planning on running something close to your setup.

Wow, how does that slide past either QC or the guy packaging them. That is crazy to me. I'd be let go pretty quick from my job if I was sending out parts like that.

MSD should be notified! That individual or individuals needs to "fired" immediately.
