Static/buzzing noise
Hello everyone, I have a 2018 camaro ss and currently experiencing a wired static/buzzing noise coming from the left side of the car. Any ideas to what it might be? Turned off the radio and it’s still there. Happens when driving at all speeds.

I am having the same static issues.
I have a 18 Camaro SS static hiss noise when accelerating from rear speaker area. Even radio off, also when wipers are on, same noise but louder when wipers are operating. Not sure if its a bad amp or ground wire. Did you ever get this resolved? If so, please let me know how. Thank you.

i have the same issue still investigating for about 3 months. yesterday i went looking in the trunk and heard it louder there so i opened the carpet thing on the driver side held by 2 plastic clips and found a metal piece which is part of the parking assist module that piece was moving too freely but still in place with the whole assembly it was making the exact noise you mentioned im planning on going to the dealership tomorrow. one more thing, the rear passenger side seasbelt is also making noise try to go there and check by tapping on the plastic around it.
the noise is louder when driving on rought road or playing music with bass and sometimes even on cold starts the exhaust can produce the same noise but its definatly not the exhaust. Update: i was wrong about everything i cant locate where the noise is coming from and im desprate now. good luck Last edited by YoMo98; 04-22-2024 at 12:23 AM. |
