Great now to choose between the S-Type and the Atak system??? Since this will never see the track, I am almost wondering if I should go with the S-Type?? Hell I can not decide.

Sounds good. I was very happy with my stock NPP but you guys are really bad influence....
I like S-type sound the best. Touring sounds little too quiet and Atak sounds little too loud for my taste... S-type seems to be the perfect middle.

Would GM try to void warranty just with cat back (or axle back)? It seems they will give us hard time even just with aftermarket CAI, so I wonder if these will be in same situation.

The only warranty that would be voided is for the exhaust itself, which comes with its own lifetime warranty (million mile).

Only thing missing is the difference in sound in Tour Mode vs. Track

Both are heard in the video. Tour would sound like the Touring exhaust shown. Track would sound like S type or ATAK. Touring is the quiet in both systems and then you choose between ATAK or S type. The 4 modes in the NPP just open the valves.

I think you are incorrect.

If Tour sounded like Touring in the other systems with the exhaust valves closed, why would Borla release the Touring system for NPP. By your explanation the Touring exhaust would sound the same whether the valves were open or closed.

But if you go to the Borla page Tour is not an option its S-Type or ATAK for a while now.

Also his explanation is exactly how it works for the C7 Vette.

they have only released the S Type and ATAK tho. Maybe you are right, but I doubt it. I don't see the purpouse of the Touring since that would basically be about the same as the stock one imo. idk

I am right. That is why you have the two choices. Go watch the corvette videos. It will actually say it there.

Any dB readings?
If I have a npp can I buy the non npp system? All I care about is loud, don't need quiet.

Yes. They offer both valved and valveless quad tip systems

and as for decibels, here's what they say
