Exhaust manifold torque specs

Installing new headers this week. Can someone share the OEM exhaust manifold torque specs?

Arpad_m is correct. It does seem low, I agree, but it's reality.

Inside out. There is a slight difference in the procedure between the left and the right side.

The service manual has hundreds and hundreds of LT4 component removal and installation pages, I would seriously consider buying it if I were in your shoes. Although the Helm route is no longer there for a 2019, an ACDelco TDS subscription is still an option.
