This is just after washing my car from putting on the red calipers. No tire shine products used ever... In your opinion does the tire look undressed or crappy?

I prefer a clean rich natural black finish on my tires. For many years have used Meguiar's Vinyl & Rubber Cleaner/Conditioner but I have just bought Griots Vinyl & Rubber Dressing as the Meguiar's is just about gone. I apply with a cheap microfiber towel. Sometimes I just do a quick "touch-up" by spraying the rag with the product and water. I am anxious to try the Griots. Both products have UV protection qualities. I purchase all my car care products by the gallon as it is more economical that way and the size carries me through the winter so I don't have to be concerned with the products freezing during shipping.

Ive always liked different dressings but the ExtremeContact Sports that I have on the car have been really tough I've tried a handful of cleaners and dressings and haven't been real happy with any of them, on this tire.
It took A LOT of cleaning over time and it got better but this is the only tire I've ever had that frustrated me with dressings.

I really would have liked it if whoever ordered mine had gotten the red calipers.

It looks blotchy and uneven. A nice coat of some tire protection should resolve that!

Ahh. It's not a show car, it's a daily driver... :-)

How much were they? Would like my rear wheels to have the same as my fronts.

I got all 4 callipers... Just the calipers, no pads or anything. They are the exact same 4 piston as the ones that came on my 2SS, just the red... $800

It holds up about as long as a wax job.
This is what I use. I use the sponge that came with to apply, so I don't get that shiny look, which I don't like.

I use Prestone 3 Rain Storm Tire Shine. Lasts forever and doesn't sling off.

It's been discontinued for years, but I was able to score 2 cases of it about 5 years ago on eBay.

If you're fortunate enough to find any, don't use it while parked in your garage or driveway. If you do, you'll see it everytime it rains cuz you'll see the only dry spots.

There are some spots but its not horrible. It is also difficult to tell from just one picture though, and is the rubber completely dry? Newer and/or very clean tires will look OK for awhile, but once you get into the dirty/well used rubber it looks like crap. But then again, I am particular and my vehicle has to look almost showroom condition much of the time (which I'm uncertain why that is a saying - many vehicles in the showrooms have neglected paint lol).
