If you're looking for the Track Edition (muffler delete) axleback then yes, you will experience some drone.

The "Touring" axleback has their 180 resonator on it to eliminate all drone.

I have an MBRP axle back. Is it worth getting this exhaust in terms of loudness ? I have no drone with the exhaust I have right now.

I get my axle back today W/ dual black tips so off with the FlowMaster and on with the AWE.

I don't have the AWE exhaust yet, so I couldn't answer the question directly. If you have the MBRP race axleback, essentially that's just a straight pipe with Helmholtz resonators. I can't say this would be as loud as the MBRP, but from what I can hear, it's more of a defined, deeper tone.
