doesnt Gm recommend changing them at 100k miles? I may crack mine at 65k to see what they look like, but its been my experience you dont need to change them that often anymore. Unless you just want to spend the money and time, and scrape some knuckles!

Thanks to all that responded. Plugs were not hard to change except the last one but after you move stuff, its fine. There is a great video about it. 3/6 plugs were corroded and were a mess. Replaced with NGK plugs which look very much like the Delco plugs. My neighbor who does a ton of car work and is ASE cert recommended anti-seize lube. Also I am thinking every 30K miles. Did clean the throttle body. Another mess. Used the 3M cleaning kit. The difference is remarkable
