Self install of Rally Racing stripes

Hey peps, Anyone installed Rally racing stripes on their own. I dont really think they look hard , but wondering if other than possibly having to cut around scoops or logos on back, it looks very difficult. I could buy these stripes for 90$ on ETSY or go to place and pay 450? THats for them to cut it themselves and then install. Im also thinkin of adding the stripes on side. Let me know your opinion. I have a yellow convertible so it would just be front and back parts, no roof

Personally, I would either leave the car exactly as it is or add fender hash marks from GM like on my car. The red hash marks make a great accent on mine because the interior is Adrenaline Red. Black ones on your car's fenders might be a great touch.

You can definitely over-do it with stripes and accents, though. Less is more.

I really like my stock fender hash stripes. Its great that the camaro name and symbol is all over it. I wish they had other body stripes with that pattern.

I agree that the hashes look great, but with a yellow car / black interior / black wheels / black cloth top... it starts to turn into a black car with yellow accents.

Get a pro to do the stripes, if that's what you want. You will thank me later. I let the pros do mine.

If it was me I would get a professional to do the stripes and hash marks even if it costs more. You can f**k those stripes up if you don’t know what you are doing and then you would have to spend more money buying another set. I personally wouldn’t even attempt it because I have no experience laying stripes or hash marks and in my opinion it’s better left to someone that has experience.

Unless you have done this before I would take it to the pros. Or plan on making mistakes and ordering a few sets. Anything is possible with patience and practice.

You can buy the vinyl material on Amazon for less than $20 and a roll of knifeless tape. If you mess up so what, start over. You can mess up 20 times before it costs the same as pro install.

Big over the body stripe? I would get the professional install.

You want to try the fender Hash, go ahead not out that much.

Funny you say that cause I did see a Black Camaro with tons of yellow highlights, stripes, hashes and even yellow calipers and was like DAAAAAAAAMMMMM EVIL BUMBLEBEE!!!

I mean i dont want to do it myself but they want 450 for the dual stripes, and i bet they do it under a hour. thats a INSANE MARKUP!!! I mean yours i understand, its got outlines and even gets smaller towards the grill, but 2 even sized stripes that are precut? I mean how hard can they bee, the etsy says they are cut into 6 pieces, enough for a coupe, that means i would have leftover since im a convertible
