What offsets did you use? And what size wheel and tire on front?

You definitely want to relocate the harness if you go wider than 305 in the rear, no matter the tire brand, it's a simple job and then you'll be free to choose to run spacers or not.

For those who have the 888r's on rear, i'll ask (also): what do you run on the front? And do you track only, or street drive as well?

325/30/20 with 20x11.5” wheel with +41 off set. No rubbing whatsoever. Love it. Great traction, well used to be. Car is making 780whp now. The look is awesome too.

For the front I use 20x10” with +20 offset. Tires are PS4S in 295/30/20. Hooks and looks great.

Car is mainly street driven and drag raced but I don’t use the R888Rs for that. Using MT 305/45/17 on 17x10.5” race stars.

Is your car lowered?

No an I doubt I could do that going this wide. The rear with the wheel and off set are close. Could go in maybe to +43 but wouldn’t do more than that on a 20x11.5” wheel.

Lowering the car, I’m sure would rub. Don’t feel the need to lower with this set up anyway.

I run 285/35/20 Michelin PS4S tires in the front and 315/30/20 R888Rs in the rear. The plan was to hone my (barely existent) skills at the drag strip, but with everything shut down, mostly street driving.

Once these Toyos wear out, I'll switch back to PS4S in the rear, too, since I also need to use the car when it rains and the tire noise/ride from the R888R is borderline annoying on the street (they do grip for sure, though). No $$$ for extra wheels and tires at the moment to keep separate drag and street sets.

That's why I think I am going to go with 19 inch, 10.5 front with 15 offset running a 305/30 and 11.5 rear with 42 offset running a 325/30. My car car is on Eibachs already.
