New 2SS.. brake Calipers have white "crud" on them *Pics*

Hi all , new owner of a 2ss and having only had the car for 4 days Im already in love. After getting the car delivered to my door (1000+ miles ) MI -> TX, the car was expectedly filthy. After a good spraying off and cleaning I can not get this stuff off the calibers. They were powdercoated red before delivery and it's on the front calipers( more so on the passenger side, but the driver side is somewhat cloudy as well with what looks like the same thing, and it is driving me nuts. Tried wiping them down with some soap and water to no avail, also googled and came up empty to what it might be. It almost looks like it came out of the nipple on the top. Any ideas?
Thanks in advance

I would try Sonax Full Effect Wheel Cleaner or another wheel cleaner that has iron remover/decontaminate. If it is brake dust slurry, it will turn pink.

I hate to say it but it looks like whoever installed those calipers got brake fluid on them when bleeding them. Brake fluid EATS paint. If the dealer did it you may want to contact them for compensation

I almost think the same thing as it looks to have dripped down the caliber. Dealer says it may be some leftover cleaning agent but im not too sure. Will try with a proper wheel cleaner and if not then will report back
