I've been there years ago. Very cool track with a variety of turns and elevation changes. It also has a couple of configurations. The only down side which is significant is there are a couple of corners where there is very little or no run off

Check out the Road Course/Track and Autocross section of the forum. The 'Track Rats' hang out there. They should be able to give you the info on that track that you are seeking. Plus you will find some info on what prep you should do to the car before the HPDE.

I go a good bit to put around for paced laps, but haven't done a track day. PM Mr. Wyndham. He's a moderator on here. And member td159f. They both go several times a year. The Genessee Valley BMW Club hosts track days there is open to anyone, I believe.

I am going Wednesday(tuesday night is tech) with Lotus/Mercedes of WNY. They still have some spots left you want to go. DM me for details.
Mr. Wyndham and I are planning on going with BMW as well later in the season. I just can't recall the date right now.

Been to the track a ton when I was younger stayed in the coke a cola trailer. Alot of good times. Now with my zl1 i would like to return and experience the good memories..... And rip my Z on the track. I would prefer a track day. If i did go on track day would I need a helmet?

I figured that I would i dont have a helmet anyomore since i stopped racing dirtbikes and riding motorcycles. I wanted to make sure I have one if needed.

Went to the vintage races a few years ago when I lived in Rochester. The original course was used, which included some of the local roads. A group of 4 of us riding to town, including a BMW, Ducati, Yamaha and Honda. A nice town, great people and a good time.
