buying new SS from arizona

A hoy hoy,

Live in socal and found a 1ss 1le in Arizona. It has the California emissions thing in the door so seems to be fine to sell and register in CA.

So how do I buy a car out of state? I could drive there and pick it up. They also offered shipping it. Technically I got a trade but can possibly do that through CarMax here.

How does taxes registration n such work? There is no 1ss 1le in red hot in California and I'm getting impatient.
