Talking R1 Concepts Premier Rotors Review and Feedback.

Hello everyone ,

I would like to share my personal experience and give some feedback regarding the customer service , the product , the price/value. I have ordered Premier Series Drilled and slotted rotors

This is the second time i order a set of the Premier Rotors from R1 concepts after about 1 and a half year from my first order.

The customer service :
Rate : 5/5

I have been contacting Kevin from R1 concepts to process my order , the response to pm's is absolutely fast , no delays at all and and he takes the time to fully explain any questions or issues i have faced and furthermore provides different options as a solution for the problem

The Product :
Packaging and condition - Rate : 5/5

Performance over OEM - Rate : 4.5/5

Rust resistance , fading rate : 5/5

Price/value : 5/5

The shipping
There was no delay in shipping the rotors out and i have been emailed the tracking information to my email

Thank you , if you have any questions feel free to ask

I ordered some slotted and dimpled rotors and pads as well. Customer service was great but the way it arrived in the package left a lot to be desired. I can't say it was R1's fault I am just saying that brake pad boxes were busted open and the pads were all over the inside of the box and the boxes that the rotors were in were both busted open. All of it was packed into one box so at least it was all contained. I have two different shipping companies not far from my house and parts of the road are not the best. I can't tell you how many times I have seen the delivery drivers fly across some of the bumpier parts of the road and the front tires actually came off of the ground. The lack of disrespect for the people's property in those vehicles just amaze me sometimes.
