Just CAI and Flex Fuel will I have to upgrade injectors or Pump

I have a 2018 ZL1. I love the car. I had a 2014 SS before that I added a Kraftwerks supercharger, smaller pulleys, DSX Aux Fuel kit, ZL1 Fuel Pump and FPCM along with bigger injectors and CAI. I was able to make 648 RWHP with that car. I am wondering with just a CAI kit and a tune for E85, will I need a new fuel pump or a Aux fuel pump or can I just tune and go. I made big gains on my SS so I was shooting for 75 rwhp with just the E85 and tune. Is that realistic?

You should be ok as long as you don't start adding additional mods such as Cam, long tubes or more boost. I'm pretty sure you can run at least E50 or maybe higher but you won't know for sure till you talk to your tuner. With what your planning you won't really make more power beyond E65 anyway.

Headers, CAI, LT5 tb, Flex sensor, and you should be able to run E50-60 without touching fuel system.

Look up Jenetty Racing 125whp flex fuel package. All the data is there on the website.

I was hoping to do the flex sensor and a tune. I already have the CAI and aftermarket mufflers, they came on the car. I was just thinking if I wanted to goof around I could just put in 10 gallons of E-85 and have 75 more HP. Thats how my old one was tuned and it was great.

Been there, done that!

Had a big Gulp Roto Fab, DSX flex sensor and remote tune done by BRC Raceworks (Texas) through JEP in Hemet Ca. They are great tuners on ZL1's and Z06's. Max is E60 blend and got 100 more HP to the wheels and 103 torque. Not cheap but very worth while. Runs like a scalded dog now.
