Make It Your Own With Custom Options

Choose Your Connection: Stainless Works Camaro systems come in two configurations: Factory Connect and Performance Connect.


Factory Connect allows our headers or exhaust to easily bolt to the factory exhaust or manifolds respectively. They connect at the factory location which is necked-down to accommodate fitment.


Performance Connect is designed to take advantage of performance gains not possible with the standard factory connection point. Both SW headers and SW exhaust are used in this configuration. We've developed a system which maintains a full 3" diameter and X-pipe which creates the ultimate horsepower experience.

1 and 7/8" are the way to go

better dyno pulls (more hp) with the 1 and 7/8

Someone did a test and lost nothing down low and gained up top with 2 inch headers. Basically said there was no reason to not ever use them over the 1 7/8th headers.

Figment, IMO, upto 850 FI hp the 1 and 7/8 is fine. For a DD, the the smaller header sounds and seems to work better. So even if I went back to NA, build engine health cam, I’d pick the smaller or maybe even the stock header. 1/4 mile or dyno racing would favor 2” for sure.

WOT of course, DD favors the smaller header IMO.
