What about the ProCharger P1. It gives you about 160 additional HP and 7psi of boost. Can get a 3 year warranty for an additional $49. The price is also lower at about $5,700 plus installation.

With all due respect, keep in mind that dynos vary. For example, I've seen anywhere from 365 to 431 listed as the stock hp of a Gen 6 SS. What really matters is the gain you get on the same dyno, stock vs mod. Personally I think the Edelbrock and Magnuson use the same Eaton blower as their basis, so they probably produce fairly similar hp with the same pulley. If anything, the Magnuson may have a slightly better intercooler setup.

Different animal, PDS and Centris don't work the same way.

Go P1for drag, PD for DD, but you could really do either for anything, it depends on your liking of how they drive.

Wonder how power output and ceiling compare to a maggie. I know that little 1.7 can only do so much.

I kind of talk about this on post #27, page 2 of this thread. I think the 1.7 can put out as much as a stock LT1 motor can handle period. You need to change the rods and pistons to something with less compression to even get to the extra capacity of the Maggie.

Seem like the lt4 supercharger parts are 3379.92 + 300.00 core( http://www.gmpartsdirect.com/auto-pa...omponents-scat ) . So what else does the kit ( http://lsa-conversion-store.myshopif...ger-kit-625-hp ) really contain for 3200.00 more bucks ? Tempting to get the Z06 service manual for $130.00 and reverse engineer the install . Hummm...
