Rain water drainage

Sometimes after strong rain, I smell humidity inside the cockpit and a smell of dead rat. I have to vent it, dry it out to remove the odor. I suspect rain water drainage to be probably stuck. Where is it and how to clean it out?

There is rain channels in the back deck lid. Under there you need to clean to get dirt and leaves out.
