Unhappy Random engine issues

I recently had a valve seat fail on my driver side head. Took care of that issue, replaced the heads upgraded the lifters to Johnson 2110s, injectors to FIC LT4 30% and LT4 high side. I put everything back together and i running into these problems. 1 my oil temp is running higher than usual around 220-230 normal driving. 2 i loaded my new tune revision and the car sounds and acts like it has a massive vaccum leak. On the base tune for the new mods it idles normal, but as soon as i load the new rev it idles very low 400-600rpm making a whistling sound I checked all the normal areas for a vacuum leak including my sheet metal intake manifold and all the connections it sounds like it's coming from the driver side head. I dont know what else to check im stuck. Car is H/C/I.

if you're convinced it's a vacuum leak - smoke it.

I would check fuel trims at idle. High fuel trims at idle are classic sign of vacuum leak.
For what you are into, you should already own a capable scan tool.

another trick is get a propane torch and use it around where you suspect a leak (unlit obviously).

if you find an area, the idle should change, usually up.
