I must say I feel more vibration now with those installed plus with the aluminum DS you loose the rubber mounts on each end of the DS. Its very noticeable when cruising at highway speed. Are you planning on running E85? I agree on the Fuel Pump lash cap.
Yes, I’ve been on e85 and meth since around July. I installed a jms fuel max (with the help of member TMS) going to see how well it does.

What is the DA at your drag strip?

Im doing a bolt on mod this spring with ARH 2" headers, 3" exhaust, Kong ported SC, 103mm TB, roto fab big gulp, 9.55 pulley and 93 octane tune.

Our track DA sucks in central BC with DA's at 4000 and sometimes 3500 on a good day. Elevation is 2400 ft. Goal is 10.5 with A10 on 20" MT DRs.

Your sound clips don't work for me....do you have youtube vids?
My home track DA is pretty low. Few times when I was there we had negative DA. I think the highest it’s been while I was there was 1500-2000. Track elevation is 23’ above sea level lol. You should be able to go 10.5 with those mods no problem. Those links are YouTube links. I’ll post clickable links.

So the results are in. 818hp 794Tq. Great powerband.

Im happy and not happy at the same time. Im not happy because of course i was expecting more. But I am happy that I completed this build on my own. All work and tuning done by me (except welding). After I sat and thought about it, the HP number doesnt really matter. When it 737hp last year, never thought it would go 140mph. So we will see how fast it goes.

Just incase anyone wants to compare my old dyno sheet here it is:

Track opens up next Saturday. If I have the time, I will go.

I think those are pretty good numbers, I hope mine makes close to that tomorrow. I think you can go 9.50s@145. What drag radial are you running, 17" MT R?

Yup. I was thinking of going 15”. I’ll see how the 17s do. Looks like next week is no good for the track. :(

I was planning on the 15" conversion until I started having Tranny problems this week when data logging. It slipped so bad I got a notice from Onstar to take my car in to have it checked. It also showed up on my log. Its been an issue since I hurt the motor at the track last year, its slipped then and one other time last fall, received a notice each time then also. Trying to figure my next plan on that. I have to be in Commerce Ga. April 4th for the TVS Throwdown and its going to be close to get everything done so I can make it. I've yet to dyno and make a pass down the track with the new motor. Your car will be fine on the 17" R. I'm waiting for my predicted times so don't let me down. Haha.

I don’t know if everyone knows but Fore Innovations just released a new solution for low side fueling. (Wish I saw this before I did the JMS). They have a dual and triple pump in tank setup. No more needing to drill a hole in the tank. I still may get it depending on how the JMS works out. Plan on running ignite red this year.

Still learning here...something that would allow e85?

That power curve looks great. I think you did an excellent job. Congrats.
The true results will come at the track. I’m gonna bet you’re gonna be pleased.

Yes. The car has 2 fuel pumps. Low side which is in the fuel tank like a regular car and a high side pump which is on the engine and driven by the camshaft. The low side pump feeds the high side pump. The high side loses pressure first with e85. You need an aftermarket cam with a bigger fuel pump lobe to increase the capacity of the high side fuel system. After that upgrade, the low side needs to be upgraded and the pump setup I mentioned can take care of that. Previously the only way to take care of the low side was to buy an auxiliary pump which requires you to drill and tap a hole in the fuel tank. Something I did not want to do.

I can’t wait. The new blower only record was set 2 days ago. 9.57 @ 143mph. My goal is to beat that!

Just on the dyno Saturday, your a little higher then my 801 but my torque was right there with yours. My low side was dropping so we shut it off at the 801, wanted to add another degree of timing but decided to be happy with that, I may add another nozzle for a little more fueling. We shall see.

1000cc AEM, but I ran 2 nozzles last year. I don't need it right now since its going to be so cool my first time out but will probably need it once I get to the Camaro Fest in July. I run a 50/50 mix, not straight meth.
