lol yes it is. Also Im noticing people keep asking me about low side upgrades. On a stock cam I dont see why any low side mods are needed. The high side pressure falls off first not low side. So you would need the lingenfelter high pressure pump or a cam first, then low side mods

I think they are tying to bandaid it with low side pressure, but your correct about high side first.

Oh to answer your question, yes. I’m on a lot of meth. 2-18gph nozzles and I may go up to 22’s. A lot of people don’t like it. I love it. Meth pumps rarely fail. I plan on changing mine once a year.

Never used a solenoid. Have had meth on 4 cars and never had a failure.

Almost finished the standalone fuel cell. Had to change the plan because my old one was way too big. I took my old CPR expansion tank and put a fuel pump inside and will be welding some fittings on the side. I also installed a 160 degree thermostat. Went with a DaSilva billet housing and a Lingenfelter LS style thermostat. The Mishimoto piece doesn't seem to be reliable. I tested the theory of not adjusting fan temps. My coolant temps all summer stayed at 197 degrees with the OEM tstat. With the 160 thermostat and stock fan temps, it hovered at 170-180 for a while then with prolonged stop and go driving it got up to 197. Now with the fan temps lowered, it never goes over 178, and if it does, it comes right back down. I know people will say that's no good because oil temps need to get higher to boil off moisture. Oil gets changed pretty frequently now that I am on ethanol, so not worried about it. Work has been real busy lately, I hope to get to the track in the next week or 2.

I never got a chance to show these cooling manifold adapters my friend made for me.

The holes in the factory coolant manifold are small and I dont believe both bricks got equal flow. They made the engine bay a little more congested but its ok.

And here is the trunk. 7.6 Gallon Chiseled Performance tank with a Stewart EMP pump and my custom meth kit lol. Yes I know, theres no space. lol

Awesome build, man. I ran a very similar time and mph to your stock pulley runs. My best was a 10.79 @ 132.7 with just catted headers, ported stock TB, Roto-Fab intake, 160 thermostat, and some minor tuning on 91 octane with some Torco. Probably would have been faster at Atco, as that place always seems to have mineshaft DA, lol.

I just did a 2.30” upper, and have been considering having the blower ported. I’m not planning to go as crazy as you are, but maybe I’ll do some meth injection. Are you spraying pre-throttle body? Any pics of where your pump is mounted?

Yes I’m spraying pre tb. But that’s changing soon. The pump is mounted to the tank. That’s a burger tuning tank.

Finally made it to the track. Got a chance to test out my Dragweek rig.....

Only got 2 runs because it was PACKED and there were a few oil downs. Im happy with the results and should be going back this friday to keep chipping away at that time and also test the nitrous. Im confident it will go 10.0x on boost only. Car weighs 4305 with me in it and a half tank. Also there was a serious cross wind.

Dam that's a bunch of weight, getting better and your 60' is coming down. You'll get there and weather is cooling down to improve those ets. Somehow you need to shed some weight, my car weighs 3855 with me in it.

Well I’m pretty fat. Lol (300lbs). Depending on trim level, SS can be as light as 33xx. Zl1 curb weight is 39xx. I added Ice tank, tow hitch bunch of crap, I dunno.
