Paint Bubble Up on Roof

One small pop up in paint on the roof. Would that be covered on bumper to bumper warranty? Hyper blue has a white base and that's what is showing.

Should be covered under warranty as long as they don't try to say its a rock chip.

I have a dirt nib on my roof. Decided to leave it versus having it fixed. Never know what the “after” will look like.

Or fallout, or tree sap, bird droppings, or anything else not a factory defect.

I had this same situation with a 2011 Mustang GT. It lead to the entire roof being repainted, and 3/4 of the car needing to be recleared. And again.... And again two years later because of shoddy dealer discount work.

LEAVE IT ALONE. In 2 weeks, it will be a nonissue.

Is it worth really have your entire roof repainted? That's the real question.

I learned to leave things like that alone. You will spend more time and money chasing after it and risk the car getting even more damage or having paint differences and issues. Remember a car is only worth something if it runs and drives! Do you really want them to loan you chevy cruze for 2 months?
