Overhead rattle?
Anyone else's overhead console (where the sunroof buttons are) rattle? Mine rattles on the from left corner. Anyone got a fix for this? When I press up on it, it stops the rattle, but when I let go it rattles again.

I have a rattle too, but cant pin point it. It might be there

I just dealt with this over the weekend. It turns out (for me at least) the rattle was coming from the pieces that go into the overhead console for the dome light. The white box (part thats attached to the light switch), the silver bezel / reflector, and the clear plastic light cover. I took the box down (two clips towards the front of the car) and cut small pieces of dynamat and covered the inside and outside of the box the best i could. Its very slow going, you have to make sure not to cover any of the holes that the clips mount too. Once you get that done, it takes a bit of finesse with a small flat-head screwdriver (i call it a tweeker) to get it back together, as the dynamat makes the fit much tighter. My problem is all set, although i still get some rattle when the sunroof cover is pulled back. Looks like without that extra lateral support the whole housing moves.

I notice it when going over some pretty rough spots in the road. Couldn't tell if it was coming from the sunroof itself or the overhead console.
