Had to throw some love into this thread. Thanks to Element Wheels for the MRR M228 wheels, Phastek for the blackout marker kits and 6le Design for the SS logos for the wheels. And Sledgehammer for the shoutout on YT and IG. I also put Crystal Seal on today.

Oh my. Those are the rims ive been drooling over since Jan.

How much did you spend on the 4 of them? Does Element (or their retailers that carry this model) ever run Black Friday specials/sales?

Just traded in my 2010 2SS for a 2017 2SS, more photos and review will come after I drive it for a while. Loving it so far! Only thing missing was the black emblems, I will get them installed later. My old car is the older dark red tintcoat color, and it's just a bit more purple than the new one. Most people who have seen both tend to like the new color better.

Not sure whats extra compared to a 2016, but I only know 2017 has the steering wheel badge and teen driver mode.

Gloss black spoiler and dark taillights. Tinted headlights. Thinking OEM gloss black splitter next... What do you all think?

Those darkened tail lights look absolutely amazing with garnet red. Wow.

Damn.... darkened taillights, black wing... Add the black front splitter to that beast!

Since I am doing the "keep it visually just as the day you picked it up" deal, I am totally swapping over my LED rear markers, black bowties and getting darkened tail lights for the ZL1 asap.
