Brought home my dream car in Wild Cherry on Tuesday
Tuesday was a very special day for me. I became a Camaro owner for the first time. The blue ZL1 in my profile picture is the car that my dad and I share. He bought it but I take care of it. I’ve been heavily involved with that car. Hell, I installed 1LE aero kit and many other mods on his car. I treated it as if it was mine. Well, Tuesday was the day I was able to say “this is MY car”. I went through the trouble of trying to order a new ZL1 and ZLE but it didn’t look promising. I was told that getting a ZLE was basically impossible so I ordered a base ZL1. While I was waiting for allocation, I spotted this beautiful 2022 Wild Cherry ZLE with 650 miles on it. Here I am a month later staring at it in the garage. It’s a blessing that I found a car like this with low miles and PPF. It pairs well with Hyper Blue!!

Congrats on that find. It is one on the best colors for these cars IMO! I have the same color ZLE with an M6. I get more looks at cars and coffee than many exotics that might show up. The other day I was driving on the I/10 freeway in west Phoenix, not in my ZLE, when a twin to our cars passed by me in the car pool lane. Even having one myself, it was hard to not keep staring at it as it passed. Then I noticed there were three other cars in traffic that were trying to jockey positions so they could eyeball that ZLE. I believe these are still one of the best looking performance cars out there. And for their designed purpose, still one of the best. Enjoy yours and stand by for lookers to be gawking at you. JJ
