You mentioned a Catch Can , I would like to as well , but I thought I read the Supercharger lid has to come off ? . If so that will void the warranty, if a person cares (I want to keep my warranty valid )

PS: Is there a good therapy group for Camaro owners I can join! I prefer one that offers telehealth appointments, so I can attend as I'm driving and doing burn outs !!!
The Banks gauges and ZZPerformance a-pillar are an awesome combo!

JTS - I original wanted the same color as yours, Shadow Gray Metallic. But couldn't find one with in 250 miles of me that wasn't a convertible. So I went with the sharkskin metallic! Both sweet IMHO !

So, After doing a side by side comparison (not actually installing them). I actually have decided, not to swap the taillights and keep my stock ones! I think the current / stock taillights give the back end of this car a unique look. So I will be returning this pair of umbra gloss/black taillights to AA's

During the process of adding a catch can. Doesn't the entire blower need loosened and lifted in the front? This is so you can remove the stock PCV value that goes to the intake manifold and replace it with the one that comes with the kit? Or is that just certain catch cans?

Cold Air Inductions, Elite Cold Air Induction! I think it looks a zillion times more higher performance! I started her up to make sure there wasn't a check engine light, and wow! I can actually hear a difference in how she sounds! I'm glad I added it! Taillights and then maybe a catch can, and then I just might be done... oh wait, cat back or axel back exhaust will be the last change I make... Wait I have to get my windows tinted and PPF applied, then that's it for sure... shoot I forgot about some new tires! I'm just not a fan of Goodyear, I'm a Michelin Man! I'll look at the Pilot Sport 4S (summer tires). But seriously, that's the last thing I'm changing... dang-it, the stereo needs improved... UGH !!!
Word of caution on the Cold Air Inductions Elite Carbon Intake. The pegs that fit into the rubber grommets holding the air box in place can easily break off. I broke two of them off twice trying to reseat the air box because the hood was hitting one of the corners when closed. After the second break, I decided it wasn't worth the hassle and returned the intake.

Thanks for the heads up. The CAI unit I received, actually has either aluminum or metal pegs on the bottom, they are not plastic. When I installed mine, it actually fit very easily into the existing space where the stock AI was. But I will keep an eye on this in the future.

I replaced the entire valve train, headers, cats, air intake, heat exchanger, and other stuff isix weeks after delivery. So, there's that.

Hello everyone! I know this is mostly an opinion-based question/dilemma I've put myself in. But, I'm a newbie to the Camaro Owners group and I'm seeking advice. So, if I offend anyone here, I apologize upfront!

So, when I look at the rear end/taillights of my new 2023 ZL1. I personally feel the rounded 2 left and 2 right taillights seem to me more "vette'ish" and not Camaro looking. From my research, in 67'-69' the Camaro had a single left/right taillight assembly. Then during the early 70's (70' - 73'), they sported individual round taillights, 2 left and 2 right. Went back to the single left/right assembly or variants similar until the 2019's came out. Anyway, the Camaro look I like best is more of the single left/right assembly.

So, I bought a pair of the Auto Addict USA's "CHEVY CAMARO UMBRA LED TAILLIGHTS GLOSS BLACK/SMOKE LENS", photo attached. Which I feel mostly gives that Camaro look I've always remembered, but these aftermarkets still look modern. I'm just wondering if I'm making a big mistake by replacing my stock taillights with aftermarkets one. Then is just that one mod to my Camaro going to stand out and look like a sore thumb. Since I'm new to all this I'm asking! I don't want to do anything that takes away from the respect of owning this car, and the incredible master piece that it is.

I also bought a ColdAir Inductions Elite Carbon Series for mine. Since that's under the hood and not seen every time you look at the car, I'm not so concerned with changing it out.

They all have the metal pegs. The problem is the metal pegs are embedded into the carbon fiber. There's not a screw or bolt anchoring them to the box. If you press too hard they can snap right at the carbon layer as shown in the photo.

I sent the box back to Cold Air for repair the first time. The second time I tried to reattach the metal pegs myself with their recommended adhesive. I even put grease on the rubber grommets. They still snapped off again.

Thanks willzilla for the inspiration...

So here was a quick project today. I went and bought a DeWalt 180,000 BTU Kerosene torpedo heater just to do this project as it's like 20F here. This project was actually pretty easy and quick. In fact, it took me more time to go buy the garage heater than doing the project! the YouTube video linked above was extremely spot on and helped me a ton! I will figure out how I want to customize the primary vs secondary once I do a bit more research on best use etc. Thanks again willzilla
