SS Stancion Spoiler on 2023 3LT

Hello, new member and future Camaro enthusiast.
Hope this hasn't been posted before in the past. (I've done a search, but not quite the detailed answer I'm looking for).

In the future, I would like to factory order a 2023 3LT. I like the stanchion spoiler for the SS. If I request NOT to install an spoiler on the factory order, can I later purchase the spoiler (either a OEM or the ZL1 spoiler) at a later time? I'm aware you would have to drill holes onto the trunk. Didn't want to get the spoiler for the V6. It will have more holes drilled and I don't want to seal them with silicone/paint.

Hope this makes sense.

From the research and previous posts, the trunk lid is different. SS stancion and ZL1 trunk lids have extra support to support the extra down force. if you watch there are members wanting to swap trunk lids all the time for that reason.
