I was looking yesterday in my engine compartment on where to locate the coils and took a picture of this area. The two engine brace struts bolted to the fire wall is the most likely area. Yes, I would have to remove the SC to mount them on the fire wall. Now I see the video from Vengenance using these same attachment areas.

Also thanks to Scooter for sending me a pic of where he mounted the coils in the fender. I think his Camaro must have been a 5th gen, not sure.

P.S. Just also realized, my OEM coils are bigger (wider, 2 1/4") than the ones used by Vengeance, so those might have to be replaced. Cost and time keeps going up, not a cheap project.

I have seen guys locate the coil packs to the upper part of the valve covers and sideways. Then you only have wires crossing the valve covers to plugs.
I just Ceramic Coat mine and they stay gloss black...I like the mechanical look!!!

That polished Whipple is the cats ass! Looks great! I would like to do the same but, of course it's all about the $$$. What is your rwhp and what throttle body are you using? Might have to rethink the coils.

P.S. Forgot to ask where you got the carbon fiber tank covers from?
