Hey Mr. Wyndham,
This is Curts14 from Colorado. I understand all three parking lots at the Factory Fest on the 18th are full. Do you know if there is other parking some where close to the lot where the buses leave for the tours? I am in the Preferred Lot, but my brother did not get in in time and is on the long waiting list.

I guess we gotta get up at 5 am on Thursday to line up to get into the Lansing plant

That is the part I need to figure out. The sign up talks about getting an email with a barcode for entry. The way I am reading it is that if I am still on the waiting list and don't get the email I won't be able to get in. I am going to try and contact them to verify. I am signed up for the other events too but really wanted the tour also.

No need to e-mail them. If you are on the waiting list, hang tight. Final confirmation for those not on the wait list has to take place first and then the wait list will start.

There is no other parking, unfortunately, you will have to arrive in a car that has been been registered to attend the event, in order to get a wristband and partake in the tour, etc.

Lansing is a solid hour and a half away from Detroit, which is where we'll be staging for the cars/coffee and cruise to woodward. Not sure about others, but I think I'm planning to leave for home Friday night, so no hotel in Detroit for me.

I would be there at O dark 30. From my experience Cars and Coffee is a very early deal and with Woodward going on I bet it will be REAL early.
