Passenger door

I just picked up my 2012 2LT and noticed that the passenger door,
at the bottom where it meets the rear quarter panel, seems to not
be flush. In other words, it looks like it is in about 1/2 inch just at
the bottom. The seams of the door are even so it's not a matter of realigning it left or right. If you pushed the door out just a little from the inside then it would be flush, for lack of a better example.
The dealer told me that since the seams were even that they
didn't want to start playing around with it, adjusting it, etc. and
possibly make it worse. He thinks it was the way the door was
molded. Is there such a thing as possibly just pushing out the
door or resetting it someway? No one else has noticed this so it
is not that evident but I know it's there.
Any ideas.

I'm sorry to hear about this Judy. Is there another dealer you might be able to go to that would be willing to take a look at this for you?

Yes there is. Does it sound to you like it's something
that might be a quick fix.

Judy, for starters, Jeff will take care of ya.....and will help all he can......SECONDLY......CONGRATS on the ride and Welcome to our happy little corner of the net, and to Camaro5. There is a BIG fridge on the back porch with anything you can think of in them...help yourself...of course only take what you can LEGALLY have. Make yourself at home on one of the big fluffy couches, kick your shoes off, put your feet up on one of the tables, yes we are allowed to do that, mom's, dad's, wive's, husband's, girlfriend's and boyfriend's here don't care....and take it easy.

oh...btw....every once in a while a food fight breaks out...so you may not want to wear nice clothes here.

Welcome!!

Body shop opinion

If it was me I would take It to a local reputable body shop & ask their opinion then armed with that info take it to another dealer in the area and get their opinion and see of the second dealerships opinion agree's with the body shops.
Good luck and welcome aboard .
