Damn, that red 1967 numbers matching RS/SS convertible 350 M4 went for $42,000 today! I thought it'd go for 50 or 60+.

And the #59 '69 ZL1 went for $995,000! WOW!

I watched it a few times. And I went to the last two they had in Palm Beach Gardens FL and also to last Years Mecum auction in Orlando, FL. It was so awesome seeing and even hearing some of them real cool cars. It you have not been I recommend going, you won't be disappointed.

This is just one example as there has been others that were in question but Barrett Jackson pushed them through anyways. One can only assume for the hype and TV ratings. If I recall correctly, that goofball on bitchin rides had to buy the car back shortly after the auction. And this crap hasn't just apply to "high dollar" dollar cars nor am I saying this is limited to Barrett Jackson. Bottom line, don't believe everything you see on TV or in person nor what the owner or the auction house says or states to be. You have to know what you're looking at or you could be taken for a ride.
