Where To Sell A 2021 SS 1LE Hood

Can anyone tell me where I could sell my hood if I decide to replace it with an aftermarket hood that I am really interested in? Thanks for the help

I would hold on to it, aftermarket hoods are not exactly known for quality fitment.

Plus there may come that time when you want/need to sell and it'd be easier sticking a hood back on that you already have (especially a factory wrapped 1LE one) then finding another. If you can, wrap it up and pack the corners in dense foam and store it.

The only reason I am selling it is to help pay for the new one. But I get what you are saying

Shoot me a picture and what you're looking to get. I'm also in PA and might be interested.

If I did it right, here is a picture of the car and hood. I am looking to possibly get theZL1 type hood from I-5 autohaus

I would keep the original hood as well. Hang it on the wall in the garage out of the way. You will regret selling it at some point.

I agree with pauly. Hang on to it in case you decide to sell the car at some point.

I bought the same hood you're buying but I'm keeping the oem hood. For one thing shipping will cost quite a bit if i sell it to someone out of state because of the size of it and i may want to swap it back in the future. If someone locally wanted to buy it for the right price id possibly sell it.

Not if you buy a quality hood. Anderson composites hoods are a perfect fit. I can attest to that. They're $1600 but so worth it.

OP I kept my OEM SS hood, just in case i damage my carbon fiber hood. Unless you need the money, it's probably worth it to keep it.
