I believe 20hp was just in tuning other areas of the ECM and not just the E85 alone being the engine picked up 20hp on a 93 tune...so 30hp gain on E85. Still impressive to say the least.

Yes...gains are almost always significantly higher when comparing mods on a FI car vs NA. For instance a Rotofab cai is worth about 10-12whp on a NA bolt,-on car but it's worth 25-30whp on a FI car. E85 is normally worth 25-30whp over 93 on a NA car and 60-70whp on a FI car.

BB headers would be my idea of a perfect header. I have Kooks and they are great, but I do like the idea of a long quality tri-Y

Actually I've got Texas Speed & Performance long tube headers with hi-flow cats, paired to the billy boat catback exhaust
