Leather Conditioner on Perforated Leather

Can leather conditioner on perforated leather, harm electric bun warmer seats? I always apply on microfiber then put on leather. The thought of damaging the leather scares me. Thanks

just a little bit, real thin on the cloth, that way it wont goop up the holes.i usually do the outside edges first and use the leftover bit on the part with the holes.

Always wipe the non perforated parts first so you don't get leather conditioner in the holes.

All Camaro leather is covered with a plastic coating so you aren't really treating the leather.

Didnt know this. Does leather conditioner help at all in this case or are UV treaters like 303 better?

They all work, it’s just that an expensive leather conditioner is not needed. 303 will do the job fine.

you don't need leather conditioner since the leather is already covered in an artificial coating. think of it like cleaning any plastic or vinyl.

Anilene leather option in luxury cars is as close as you will get. It is still treated, but it doesn't have a vinyl coating on top of it. You are actually touching the leather grain.

I use a shoe shine brush to get any leather conditioning residue out of the perforated holes and seams.
