I am also interested in this. I have no issues with my NGK plugs but if I am missing out on something I would like to know.

If anyone has changed out plugs and wires on an LT4, how long did it take ? Cylinder 5 is misfiring so I bought a new set of NGK LTR71x and was told by tuner to gap at .035

You will always benefit from running the largest gap you can without experiencing any spark blow out.

This is why we recommend 0.040-0.042, the car just down right drives better all around.

Our ignition systems have no issues firing the plugs at this gap up to 12 psi boost for sure and in many cases 14 psi boost providing the tuning is spot on.

More often than not if you are experiencing spark blow out there is an underlying issue like bad plug wires or low system voltage.

Ted.
