Passenger side Mirror.

I have to replace the whole mirror. How easy is it? Do I have to open the door cover for the harness? If yes, how do you do that? Thanks in advance.

KirkH wrote up a DIY here. Removing the door panel should be very similar, if not exactly the same, for euro spec cars.
