So evidently the unique Sierra interior is only on AT4, AT4X, and Denali. SLE, Elevation, and SLT use the new Silverado interior.

Yeah I noticed that after building both trucks. You think its a glitch or is that permanent?

Doesn't look like I'm going to be able to stay around 55k for a midrange. Both the RST.and Elevation are around 60k with leather.

Nah the configurator applies the GMC steering wheel and everything so I'd guess that was the plan all along. Explains why we only saw AT4X and Denali interiors in the press release.

GM has confirmed existence and timing (sort of) for a Blazer SS EV.

And so...(yawn) another year for a release/reveal...likely another year for delivery of a sold out 100K first edition only small number for 2024. Maybe by 2026 it will actually be somewhat realistically available at a slightly less than non-affordable price...rinse,repeat typical EV announcement....Tough to stay interested at all for the next three years....lol

The current lineup of TrailBlazer, Equinox, Blazer, and finally Traverse do make sense...except that either the Equinox needs to be a smidge smaller or the Blazer a smidge bigger...preferable the latter. I didn't realize until recently, that the interior room of the Blazer is dang near identical to that of the equinox, save an extra inch or two of shoulder room. The rear cargo space is somewhere around only 1 cubic foot difference. Anyways, I digress. The last thing this group needs is another Equinox sized CUV that within inches of the Equinox.

Makes sense. It was a bit crowded in the small cross over segment with Trax and Trailblazer.....

I do wonder where GM goes for the cheap entry level vehicle. I guess the Trailblazer at 21-25k?

Don't turn your back on this one. Trax is a surprising vehicle. It is larger in person than the pics suggest, and its quite a nimble little handler. Its cargo space is also decent. It is anonymous in appearance, but that seems to be the norm.

TrailBlazer is like a few hundred more than Trax and a vastly better option. At this point GM builds Trax just to keep Enterprise satisfied.

After this model year I would guess the crossover coupe thing that's in development will be the new entry-level Chevrolet.
