I am measuring with the camber set to Track. Assuming your new car is set to street camber. The street position would raise the car I would guess. I was assuming the Nurburgring setup was using the track position, but maybe not. It could be it needed to be "as sold" to qualify.

The driver side should be lower to account for driver weight ("picking up" a wheel lightens that corner). Your 6mm lower looks correct.

I believe the set up was on track camber set. They had no reason to put it on street. I am going to set it up on track and leave it be. I will check the height now that you mentioned it is possibly a different height...thanks for the heads up

I measured mine in track camber as well. Driver's side is 9.5mm lower in my case.

So 10mm to round up, which is where I am lower in track camber as well. This says to me they ran stock ride height in street camber at Nurburgring. That was the rule as I recall, stock config, for production car times.

To add, with track use negative camber provides more even tire wear. In terms of grip, I had good times at street camber when I first got the car and ran COTA stock. This all depends on the track. I have run Nurburgring and I don't recall it being that hard on tight corners, except in a couple of brief sections.

I will leave my current alignment and (stock) ride heights for now.
