2020 SS Bowtie was made to fit 2019 grill (easy removal)
I had a hunch that Chevy wouldn't completely redesign the top grill to accommodate the bowtie. Turns out I was right. A right-angle socket setup, T25 bit, and a flashlight was all I needed. The 2 T25 screws holding the badge backing in place are accessible through the hood latch opening.

That's exactly what throws the look off, IMO. The solid, body color flat bumper looks like it's missing something to me. I agree, it looks better than it did with the Bowtie crammed above the bumper though.
Not knocking your car, i'm just one of the few who liked the black bumper with the Bowtie

Hehe guys, this is just a matter of opinion!
 One likes the 2019 more and the other one better like a clean look without badge, and that's totally fine haha.And you know what? I'm right in between where I just prefer the 2020 as is! And differences like that is what makes the world beautiful!
