Fog lights to replace DRLs

Has anyone done a full replacement of the DRLs with Fog Lamps including a switch etc. I always like to have real fog lights on my cars, and I've done searches and see the p13w led replacements etc. but they're not fog lights.

I did the aftermarket harness to have them go on with the lights on and changed the bulbs to the led bulb you mentioned. They were bright and worked just like fog lights.

Thanks atma - those are what I would recommend. They are true fog lights, but don't require a new switch or other wiring. Everything plugs in with no cutting or splicing.

no problem. I plan on getting a set myself someday soon. besides the better look, they really do add to the safety of the vehicle if you live in an area prone to fog

That is where we get them from actually. As a dealer for them they set the pricing, everyone sells them for the same price. We both have free shipping also. We (Big Worm) offer optional new hardware and trim rings for the fog lights which we get from a different supplier, but other than that same thing. We have done several installs since they came out and have been very happy with them, looks and performance.
