OP I have had almost all of the Camaro options.
NPP and the Recaros are must haves to me. In my LT1 do miss the heated seats and steering wheel. And I miss the HUD but only for showing me directions without having to take my eyes off the road. I had the Bose in all three and that and a sun roof to get some more air. Without it I find the Camaro interior too much like a small cave. I still had room for a helmet.

the Bose and NPP were the options I got, the larger info screen is great and NPP is simply amazing.

I bought mine with the 2nd gen ground efx package and I like the front spoiler but hate the side skirts. I would suggest buying some ZL1 style side skirts.

I got lucky and found mine at 3400 status from a dealer order. The only options I have are the satin black wheels, spoiler, mirrors, NPP and the Tech Package. Pic for attention:

Black is a beautiful color when you first wash and detail it, but as soon as a fly farts near the car, looks like you took it off-roading. I had two black vehicles in the past 20 years, and keeping those cars clean was a full time job, but a great very menacing color on the Camaro. |

Given the difficulties in maintaining the appearance of black paint, and the restrictions on silver, I think I’m going to go with shadow gray metallic.

I say wait to see what new colors are going to replace the Wild Cherry and Satin Steel before placing the order. It should be any time now when GM announces the new colors as the two above are near the end of production. If not for the end of the Wild Cherry, and the fact that I like having a less common color :P I'd recommend it.

If you car how your car looks…. You don’t own a black car, it owns you.
Black cars always look good when someone else’s. very sinister, very sexy. When it’s yours you’ll notice every scratch, nick, chip swirl…… I’ll never do it again. Not on a daily. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

Last option I am debating is the front splitter.
Looks like the only option on a shadow gray metallic car is the second generation front splitter. Would I be able to remove this easily without damaging anything? Is it possible to install an aftermarket splitter without drilling holes? I’m also debating the factory lowering springs - any thoughts?
