I was one of the first to jump on this. Hated looking at the tank as it was, and I refused to buy either one of the total replacement tanks for north of $300. This was a reasonable alternative.
Cleaned it up, lightly sanded it and shot it to match the other finishing under my hood. Results came out nicely!
