In case somebody is looking for ported.

Ported 10 or 12 for coupe: http://www.audioenhancers.com/vehicl...ic/cam150p.php

I use their dual 10 for my vert. Decent build quality. Carpet glue could be better but I take it in and out a lot.

Wish I would have seen this before purchasing my new setup. Been looking at all my local audio shops to find a ported 12” box they will fit in the camaro. Currently had a 12 in a box in the back seat. Damn near impossible to find a box that fits through the back seatopening. I seen the ground shaker ones but they don’t ship to Canada so no luck that route. I ended up finding a setup with 2 12s in a sealed box. Fits nice but I listen to rap and really didn’t want to get rid of a ported box. But not much choice. Currently have them rear firing and rattles like crazy lol. Ordered a box of noico sound deadening. Going to try and front fire them and see if there is a difference. I made an amp mount where the spare would go. Clean setup and the only wire you can see is a few inches of speaker wire going to the box.

Probably a stupid question but in your case did you just always run with the back seat down? Im pretty novice in whole stereo thing I've had L7s in other older cars but that was just cutting a check and having a shop do everything. I dont know the technical stuff like forward facing vs rear, etc

I actually left the seat up most of the time. only dropped it down to show my setup to someone who asked.

Muffled.. it a little bit but you can hear the seat rattles like crazy.. it was no one can sit in the back I mean really I have a 13-year-old to 17-year-old and they can't fit back there at all..

It muffles it a bit. Not enough to really notice. Had no rattles what so ever. I had put sound deadening from the trunk to the firewall. about to build a new box for my 2019 the same as my 2016 exactly the same way.

I really wanted to stick out my back seats and just build a really big box for 2 18's and the 4000 watt now.I mean you really can't have anybody sit in the back anyways so it might as well just take advantage of it turn it into a box I just can't find a good image of how I want to do this

in my 2019 3LT I have D.C Audio level 1 firing rear and it rattles the back panel and just doesn't do it for me. My question is would firing front should it reduce the rattle and or sound different? I was hoping to do 2 - 10's and sound deaden the trunk. Wondering if that would be excessive and unrealistic. if not 2 - 10's I would consider 1 level 2 10 inch sub front firing.

Yes the fitment is perfect the sound compliments the stock bose system exactly where it needs it.
