What you said will help, but you need to get a ported IM/TB to open up the restriction between the CAI & Engine, and if you're getting a tune you minus well get the Fuel Flex kit and get the E85 tune.

Flex kit, e85 tune

So just to be clear... E85 flex kit meaning FLEXIBLE on what fuel you run so if I'm on a trip and can only find premium, not E85, I'm okay?

Also how are people clearing CEL for this and headers?

Yeah the flex fuel kit senses how much E you got so you can have a half take of E85 (which may only actually be E71 or E50 depending on the pump you get it from) and fill it with 91 octane and whatever blend you have the flex fuel kit will sense it and adjust accordingly. Tune is what clears any CELs.

The FF kit will let you run anywhere from E0 to E85 properly. It does require the ECM be tuned.

Please feel to PM or call if you have any questions about how it all works.

Exactly, Dyno's vary a ton, and conditions.

Your numbers are real !

I make motorcycle performance parts for a living, and have owned and run 2 Dynojet dyno's since 2004.

Maybe I need to start an aftermarket parts company?

That's reasonable for well built stainless headers. Companies that make nice well tested parts, have to make a profit.

I spend 4 to 6 months developing a new 4 cylinder motorcycle header, and normally over 500 dyno pulls.

Then there is the cost of production and inventory.
