halos and fogs not working, have a harness that was installed before i bought my car

I bought my 2011 2ss/RS June of last year not knowing everything about it, I have a friend with a 2010 and told me that I had an aftermarket harness to allow my fog lights and halos to be on during the day and I am pretty sure just my HID's at night. Just before the winter I noticed my halos and fogs would not turn on at all, one day they were working fine and literally the next day they weren't. I'm not sure if it is a fuse or a faulty harness or something got disconnected or what. I've tried looking everywhere for an answer, all I can find is people having issues installing them and what not. Here is a picture of what it looked like during the day. Thanks in advanced.

if you used a aftermarket harness like I did, I forgot to add dielectric grease and the a Ground pin Corroded and snapped off. Causing my right side sidemarkers to not work.

I don't believe the halos run on the same harness as the fog lights so there could be other possible issues, first I would check the fuses.

I'm not sure what kind of harness is in it, I bought the car as is, except I put a CAI on myself. So i'm pretty lost in the sauce haha. Not sure where I can find the fuse for the halos or fogs, not sure if there is one built in to the harness. My personal guess is that it has to be some type of fuse or relay or the harness itself, like something loose or a bad ground or something, but I don't know where to look or anything.

I installed the drl to halo pigtail on mine. You will find a short harness patch after you remove the passenger side front inner wheel well cover.
