[CA] HPDE/TT build feeler: 2018 6MT Red Hot ZL1 1LE w/ tire trailer + 3 wheelsets

Putting out a feeler for my HPDE/TT setup. I'm considering going all-in on racing with SCCA and/or NASA starting next year, either in SM or SRF3. I have an SCCA comp license and have rented SRF3s for a few races so far. I haven't actually decided to sell but wanted to see if there was any interest here. I'd want my car to go to an enthusiast looking for a well-sorted track car setup. I'm located in the Bay Area, CA.

Car:
- 2018 Camaro ZL1 1LE
- Roughly 12k miles
- Red Hot
- 6MT
- PDR
- Full track alignment

Cosmetic mods:
- Full-car PPF
- Ceramic coating
- 30% window tint
- #11 vinyl numbers on the rear quarter panels in black
- ZL1 badge delete

Safety mods:
- Rear bolt-in cage by TC Design; welded chassis reinforcement plates; powder coated red
- Shrader rear seat delete kit
- Sparco QRT-R driver and passenger seats
- Sparco bottom brackets w/ custom-welded reinforcements by TC Design
- Custom hard-mounted adjustable "slider delete" rails by TC Design (zero play)
- Sparco QRT side brackets
- Sparco 6-point harnesses
- NOTE: no OEM seats or seat belts on hand.

Performance mods:
- Rotofab dry intake
- AWE Touring cat-back exhaust
- Ported throttle body
- SPL rear toe arms with eccentric lockout
- SS large front brake air deflectors

Mechanical mods:
- ARP Racing extended studs
- Gorilla open lug nuts
- ZL1Addons front tow hook
- ZL1Addons front radiator grille mesh insert
- ZL1Addons permanent lift points
- ZL1Addons magnetic removable jack pad
- ZL1Addons tow strap points
- Leroy Engineering Camaro6 fully hidden trailer hitch and trailer wiring harness

Tire trailer:
- 2021 Leroy Engineering Paddock 335 (built this spring on custom order)
- Less than 500 miles
- Powder coated black
- Cargo box
- Spare tire

Wheels/tires:
- OE ZL1 1LE wheels with Continental ExtremeContact Sport street tires (~1000 miles)
- Apex ARC-8 in OE ZL1 1LE fitment, anthracite, with OE Goodyear Supercar 3R tires (fronts are corded, rears have a couple of HPDEs left in them)
- Forgeline GS1R in 18" fitment, same widths as stock, custom offsets. Mounted 315/335 Nankang AR1s with 2 sessions on them. Custom aluminum spacers for the front wheels to clear the struts.

Extras:
- Spare OE brake pads
- Spare OE rear rotors
- Spare Mobil1 15W-50 oil
- Spare oil filters
- Air filter cleaning kit
- Original intake
- Original exhaust
- Original rear toe arms
- Sparco sliders (in case the safer hard mounted solution I have doesn't work for you)
- Misc. tools

Service records:
- Google Drive folder with all records
- Mix of service at Abel Chevrolet, Edge Motorworks Fremont, and DIY
- Maintained zealously for reliable track use

I haven't decided what I'd list the car for yet. Should I even sell or is this a terrible idea given how awesome my setup is? What says the community?

what racecar do you think you would get? and id say 70k or so would be fair with the mods/trailer right?

I haven't decided what I'd race, but either SRF3 or SM probably. I prefer SRF3 but SM gives more club racing opportunities.

Price-wise, I'd probably ask more than $70k for the whole shebang. I see several ZLEs listing for $70k just for the car itself. I have about $8k invested in the wheels, $4k in the trailer setup, $4k in the cage+custom seat bracket work, plus the mods, spares, and things like full PPF. I wouldn't be looking to recoup all of my investment obviously, but I would think all of that is a significant value adder to someone looking for a streetable HPDE/TT setup.

I might also keep the car for another couple of seasons. There is no actual rush here.

Sure, the consumables are high on the ZLE, that is pretty well known. I keep a very detailed cost log for my HPDE and racing events. Surprisingly the Camaro is actually cheaper to run than SRF3 despite its tires being >2X the cost and >2X the fuel consumption. My main cost drivers in racing are A&D support and higher registration fees vs. HPDE. Still gotta buy a set of tires every race weekend too. If I DIYed an SRF3 it would probably be a lot cheaper, but then you need a truck and a larger trailer. I can stand up my tire trailer against the wall in my standard 20x20 two-car garage and still park my Camaro and Miata in there.

I think you'd get more by parting out the wheels and trailer while leaving the stock wheels with the car.

BTW, nice pic! I assume Thunderhill east to west transition?

Update: decided to keep the car. Probably won't ever sell it unless it's for a C8 Z06 or 911 GT3 at this point, hehe. I might sell one set of wheels once I settle down on my favorite tire setup. Right now I have the ability to experiment with both 18" and 19" fitments.

Dabjbr: pic is T15 at thunderhill east, coming onto front straight.
