Go by what size wheel and off set you have now and with what size tire? Jack the car and look under it and see what components are closest to the wheel/tire and try and measure the distance between them. This will give you a starting point as to how wide you can go.

I have been told by a couple custom wheel manufacturers that a 345 on a 12.5" rim will fit.

Nothing, I am planning on running the 355/30R19 ACR Kumho's on the rear of mine on stock wheels with no mods.

ZLE DSSV struts and spring perch are way way smaller. 18" will not fit unless you grind your strut and and use a spacer. (or have crazy low offsets - like, 0.)

I haven't had an issue with 345 30 19s on zl1 1le replicas 19x11 38mm offsets. I picked up factory rears 19x12 41mm offset is this going to make the tire closer to the harness in drivers side rear fender liner?
