First Build Journal - DarkNight

Everybody else has some snazzy name ... well now so do I. Can't tell you how many people have called this or my previous 2013 Camaro the bat mobile. So I guess the name fits.

I'm about a month into ownership and have done quite a few mods already ..

Tinted Windows
BigPerm Graphix - Side Markers, Tail Lights , and chrome bumper trim blacked out.
Front Fascia extension installed today
Front/Rear bowties and SS emblems painted Mosaic black inside / cyber gray outside
Niche Form M157 - 9x20 / 10.5x20
Dealer installed ambient light package

I hope soon to purchase the GM lowering kit , GM Cold air intake , and I'm contemplating the flat black stripes from Big Worm also ...

If I could remove the rear spoiler I would ... don't know if I want to pay the cost of having the holes filled and the trunk repainted.

Then who knows what else ? My goal is to change the car but keep it relatively low key with changes only another Camaro lover would notice.

Let me know what you think so far ?

Very tasteful. Love the wheel color vs. black. Did you consider painting the rear diffuser gray also?

Thank You , I don't think I will paint the rear fascia , although it would look great if I had black tailpipes.

Wow, stunning! I also love the matching plate. I wish my state had something like that. All your cosmetic touches look sick. Dig the wheels too.

The only thing I would change is the license plate bolts/screws. Black would be awesome, also I prefer using four instead of two. Help keep dust from getting trapped under there.

Thanks , never thought about the bolts being black. I am actually going to buy a plain black Frame hopefully just big enough to cover the white border of the plate.

Think how much better it would look if you gave up those dark taillights hint hint

Thumbs up

Liking the wheels and the gunmetal color on black. That's going to look even better when you get the suspension/lowering parts

Thanks , I'm NW and work at Dell , so my car is usually in that parking lot on the Dell side in the back side of the building , not facing Parmer.

There are quite a few in the GM lot , and another 2 white SS on the Dell side as well.

I'm going to bring it to cars and coffee this Sunday , you should bring yours and find me.

Very well thought out, its the small changes that make the diff.....love the wheels, also had niche....if it were mine, but i'd dump the fender badges or color match them to bowties...also bigworm headlight tints....

Yeah I have been planning on getting them painted , the french flag as my coworker called them just doesn't fit. Talked to Lupe about it briefly a few weeks back but never really got to a conclusion on how to paint it.. it's on hold for now.
