Allocations

Any dealers in here have an allocation for a 2SS 1LE? And no markups or dealer add-ons BS!

2SS 1LE production is down, and with the sunsetting of the Camaro coming up a lot of dealers have more orders placed then foreseeable allocations. You are better off placing your order now at multiple dealerships, or at least a high volume dealership in your area and getting on the waitlist.

Just talk to them and make sure they are willing to sell you the car at MSRP with no add ons. The first dealership I went to said they couldnt promise me MSRP, and ASSURED me they would HAVE to do several thousand dollars of add ons, so I walked. Next dealership (which I found thanks to Camaro6) was much easier to work with. Took a few months to get my order accepted but it worked out great and im saving thousands.

You probably won't get a 23 if you order now, but you can still grab a 2024, so I would place your order ASAP.

As stated above the 2SS 1LE is on restriction and at a very minimal capacity. Definitely try to put in orders at a few places. Another thing you can do is to watch the Chevy website for anything in transit. Pick a zip code in the middle of the country then just search for anything within 2000 miles which will pick up most of the country. I snagged my 23 2SS 1LE 6MT by watching the website. Good luck finding one.

2SS 1LE production volumes are extremely low as mentioned in the above posts and its going to be hard to get an allocation.

Most incoming units are presold and the unspoken ones have a ADM. In fact its harder to get a 2SS 1LE than a ZL1 and ask me how.

Well, shit.
I finally make up my mind that I want a 1LE and you can't get them.
Tried calling a few dealers who had them on Chevy.com but all sold.

How bad is it for the 1SS 1LE? I don't need the nice stuff.

Try Bomnin Dadeland Chevrolet in Miami on Thursday. They may get one, I just had just missed their allocation cycle last week because I was still making up my mind!

The 1LE is the restricted part. This might be a long few months of checking that chevy website for in transit. Putting out feelers and calling a bunch of dealerships. Or, bit the bullet and buy lightly used.

Thanks.
I am kind of thinking I need to shop used. Which is fine, I like the pre 19 front end better anyway.

1SS 1LE is relatively easier to get when compared with 2SS 1LE.

When i spoke to few dealers couple of weeks ago, there were several 1SS 1LE inbound vehicle available for sale.

My buddy just ordered a 2SS 1LE 6speed on march 10th and as of yesterday it has been accepted by GM. So only took 2weeks from order to accepted
Guess all depends on the dealer on the allocation

All depends on the dealer & what trim, packages, and options were ordered.

Does anyone know a dealership with an available 2023 Camaro 2SS allocation?
I want a black on black with a manual transmission.

Try OaklandChevrolet in Calif. They have one.

I don't think anyone here is going to know a dealership with an allocation ready. You are going to need to contact various dealers and ask them that question. I went through Chevrolet website Camaro build & price then did request a quote, it allows you to select up to 3 dealers but I did it a couple of times and sent to about 7-8 dealers. You'll initially get basic response emails but when a salesman reaches out to you be prepared with your questions and ask them. A good salesman will give you solid responses even if it's not what you want to hear, others will say stop by the dealership which doesn't answer the questions you may have. I'd suggest to check with high volume car dealerships that you know sell a number of new Camaro's.
